This game details the creation and expansion of the European Union in the years following World War II. Players are represented by a group of EU delegates that travels across the many different countries of Europe. When a country's threshold of resistance is equaled by the number of delegates, the country is eligible to enter the Union, assuming the players can come to an agreement.
